The trade-off is noise and headlight glare on the road-facing floors, so ask to stand in a road-facing flat and an inner-facing one at the same hour of the evening before you choose. Ask, too, where the entry and exit gates sit relative to the nearest traffic light, because that single detail decides how long it takes to get out at nine in the morning.
